The IIoT gateway enables the implementation of a system for energy monitoring and/or solutions for recording valuable production/process data without costly conversions and without high initial investments. This allows energy consumption to be reduced sustainably and, if required, the actual capacity utilization of a plant to be calculated. The gateway centralizes and visualizes the data from various systems and processes on a dashboard in order to identify potential savings in a more targeted manner.
