New LED machine and signal lights from IPF
Versatile solutions with convincing properties
ipf electronic has expanded its portfolio of machine and signal lights. For example, the product range of cuboid LED machine lights has been supplemented by the EM55 series. Also new is the EZ180420 multicolor LED signal lamp with its particularly eye-catching luminaire cover.
Flexible solutions even for harsh environments
The LED machine lights of the EM55 series with M12-connector are available in lengths of 165mm (EM550120), 300mm (EM550121) and 550mm (EM550122) with outputs of 7W, 13W and 25W. The luminaires convince by a very effective temperature management and are moreover very versatile applicable, among other things also in rough working environments as for example at CNC turning and milling as well as injection molding and eroding machines. In addition, since the light from the LEDs is not pulsed but shines continuously, the stroboscopic effect that is otherwise frequently observed with other light sources in connection with rotating components or rotating tools does not occur. The housing of the machine lights is made of anodized aluminum with IP67 protection, and the LED light sources are protected by tempered float glass (flat glass). The LED machine lights feature neutral white light (color temperature 5000K) that is free of UV and IR components, and with a beam angle of 120° provide wide-area illumination of the work area. With the separately available VY000007 module from ipf electronic, which can be mounted flexibly and thus always within good reach, the brightness of the lights can be regulated individually.
LED signal lamp in design M18
New to the ipf electronic portfolio are also the EZ180420 signal lamps in a robust M18 stainless steel housing (protection class IP65) with M12-connector plug for 12 - 30 V DC. A special feature of these 169mm long signal lamps is their dome-shaped front cover made of plastic, through which the light signals can always be seen very clearly, even from the side. By default, the signal lamps emit the colors red, green and blue. By wiring several inputs in different combinations, yellow, pink or light blue can also be used as signal colors.
