We are "top" again
The award from the employer rating platform kununu is based on the independent ratings of the company's employees. Thanks to their counter ratings on kununu, ipf electronic is once again one of the companies with the best working environment and a corporate culture in which the majority of employees feel comfortable. This is cause for celebration, especially as only five percent of all companies are named a "Top Company" on kununu every year. And the hurdles are high, as the following criteria show:
- At least sieve reviews from employees since the profile was created. Ratings from applicants are not counted
- A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum possible 5), both overall and for employee reviews
- An employee rating score of at least 3.8 stars in the last twelve months
- At least two new ratings in the last twelve months, whereby an updated rating also counts as a new rating
"We congratulate ipf electronic on once again being awarded the Top Company seal. For the fifth year in a row - this is something very special," says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu.
Christian Fiebach, Member of the Management Board of ipf electronic "We are very pleased to have received this award again and with it the positive ratings from our employees. The seal is proof that we are valued as an attractive employer. The Top Company seal shows us that we are doing a lot of things right and is also a great motivation to apply for it again next year."
Independent study: ipf electronic has above-average appeal
In this context, Dirk Neuhaus, member of the management board, was also recently able to inform the employees of ipf electronic of the results of an independent study conducted by the employer organization Südwestfalen. The project, which is funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the EU, focuses on a scientifically based, anonymous online survey on employer attractiveness, designed and carried out by the Fraunhofer IAO. Around 65 South Westphalian companies and their employees were surveyed. A Germany-wide comparative survey with via 5,000 participants served as a benchmark in order to place the results in a national context. The survey included topics such as general employer attractiveness, work-life balance, training, working atmosphere and identification with the company.
The results of this scientific study are extremely positive, as ipf electronic is above average in terms of employer attractiveness, both in comparison to other companies in South Westphalia and in Germany as a whole.
Dirk Neuhaus comments: "Along with the pleasingly good evaluation, the contributions and suggestions from our employees have shown potential for how we can further increase the attractiveness of our ipf. In the next step, we will discuss the results of the survey in the management circle in order to derive concrete measures."
