IPF motion and presence detectors serve as signal transducers for controlling automatic doors and gates. They record the movements or the presence of people and/or industrial trucks. Motion sensors react in the set sensor range and switch off after a predefined time if no further movement is detected. Presence detectors also detect immovable objects (e.g., a stationary vehicle under a gate). This is why motion/presence detectors are also available as combined solutions.
